Dewesoft在汽车行业的各中数据记录应用中扮演重要角色,尤其是在研发实验室和测试设备,从各种不同信号源获取数据是我们的主要优势,我们不仅支持标准接口,如模拟、数字、计数器、CAN、GPS和视频通道,我们同时支持特殊设备,如:Genesys的陀螺仪和Kistler的车轮扭矩传感器,所有数据完全同步。

行驶试验

 

汽车和卡车可以通过计算机设计,并由计算机控制的设备进行生产制造。但是对于各种不同的路况及环境,机器它并不能够替代测试人员完成各种测试工作。这也是平顺性测试的目的。大多数汽车制造商都有自己的试车道或者试车场,对自己的车辆进行测试。对于人们在特定行驶条件下的主观感觉,都对应了精确量化的客观标准,并需要在每辆车上多次测试。通常情况下,外环的轨道是用来模拟高速公路测试,中间则是各种复杂的城市道路、郊区路面、泥泞道路、急转弯路和悬架测试。

制动测试

 

利用DEWESoft软件可以获取和分析数据。但是软件功能远不止这些。DEWESoft 7加入了自动制动流程测试功能。只需按照步骤进行操作即可完成制动测试数据采集及处理。这项功能对于需要简单易行的测试的用户非常适合,如汽车杂志进行测试或是车队对车辆进行对比测试。同样该系统也适用于其他测试(制动系统,轮胎,ABS系统,…)。汽车制造商可以在不同阶段使用该系统,比如:研发设置、质量控制、标准认证等。

路试

路谱测试是DEWESoft的标准应用,需要采集数百通道应变计、力和位移传感器的数据。客户需要在恶劣环境条件下行驶数百公里,将测试数据记录下来,我们的产品没有数据存储限制,仅受限于磁盘空间大小。数据采集后,可以立即观察到结果,数据也可以导出标准格式输出,如RPCIII,以标准测试格式进行回放。

阶次跟踪

 

为了确定在实际工作条件下,对结构的行为影响的各个因素,需要使用阶次跟踪方法进行查看。车辆上的旋转部件如发动机、轴及车轮在旋转的时候产生激振力。您是否体验过某一辆车,会在特定的车速开始发出更大的噪音及震动?这辆车肯定没有进行相应的测试,导致在特定转速下,某些部件产生高辅振动。 

通过测量旋转速度及响应(包括振动,噪声及其他),奈奎斯特、伯德和三维FFT图能够清楚的告诉我们问题产生的频率。

结构测试

 

在车辆设计过程中,所有机械零件都可以通过电脑设计,并用有限元法来确定结构的固有频率。不过,我们需要通过实验的方法来检验这些模型,并不断进行修正,通过闭环控制使之更加精确。 DEWESoft软件DeweFRF功能能够添加导入的几何模型,使用力锤或激振器测量传递函数,观看模态动画。数据可以导出至UFF格式,以进行高级后处理。

扭振测试

 

如果加速度传感器提供的是直线方向的运动信息,扭转振动过程则是基于角度的振动信息。想象一下,车辆上的一根长轴,如同其他一切结构一样,都具有线性的固有频率,该轴在一定转速下会出现较高的角向振动。要检测的轴的扭转,需要在轴的两端各安装一个角度传感器,来测量的角度差值。数据可以导入阶次跟踪,以更清楚的暂时固有频率。

燃烧分析

 

 

DEWESoft软件可以获取基于角度的基础数据和计算燃烧分析的相应参数(最大压力,MEP,热释放,燃烧温度,爆震,燃烧噪音等)。 P-V图和CA示波器可以在测试过程中实时显示测量结果。 DEWESoft软件支持多线程技术,能够使用多个处理器核心进行实时计算。
 
CA模块的另一个主要优点是,数据可以与其他数据源如CAN总线、视频、OBDII和其他时间域模拟信号进行同步,保证发动机的所有数据都是同步的。

分布式数据采集

主动安全测试

 

主动安全测试是结合了不同的DEWESoft软硬件技术的解决方案。我们的出发点是以2厘米的精度和100Hz的采样率测量两车之间的距离和位置信息。 

GPS时钟为两车提供了精确的计时同步,Genesys的的ADMA平台提供位置和速度信息。测试车辆主测试系统将数据通过无线网络发送出来,我们可以直接看到两辆车辆驾驶过程的实时变化。该系统用于检测主动安全性的雷达系统,试想一下,未来这套系统安装在每辆行驶在大街上车辆上会多么方便。
